Betsey Ordering & Return Policy:

• Orders are processed Tuesday through Friday and are shipped the following business day upon receipt of payment.
• Betsey's online store accepts Discover, Visa, and Mastercard.  We use Paypal as our credit processor to ensure that your purchase is completely secure. We do not except checks or CODs.
• All orders are sent via the USPS unless otherwise instructed.  International orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail International.  You will receive a confirmation email with the tracking number.  A customs duty will be charged to you depending on your country of residence. Betsey is not responsible for payment of this duty. 

Returns: We want to keep our customers happy but we also want to keep our prices affordable. That is why we must adhere to our return policy as stated: 

• Returns are accepted within ten days of delivery for store credit only. 
  Merchandise should be unworn/unused and have all the original labels/tags and be in saleable condition.
• All sales are final on jewelry and soaps.
• The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs and must include a tracking number.
• Store credit is valid six months from the issue date.
